We are delighted to announce that Tom Jackson has been appointed to the Neuroendocrine Cancer UK Board.
Tom has worked in financial markets for more than 16 years, in various roles with global investment banks. He first came across the inspirational work done by the NET Patient Foundation, now Neuroendocrine Cancer UK (NCUK), when his friend Matt was diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumours in 2012.
To support their mate, Tom and his friends embarked on fund-raising challenges (rowing, cycling, ocean swims), the proceeds of which went in part to Neuroendocrine Cancer UK. Tom was moved by the care and attention provided by the team at NCUK, and by its dedication to patients and their loved ones, and wanted to assist in Neuroendocrine Cancer UK’s future development by becoming a trustee.
Welcome Tom.
