Welcome to NCUK National Lung Natter – a UK wide online support group for anyone affected by Neuroendocrine Cancer of the Lung
This online peer group is open to anyone affected by a Neuroendocrine Cancer of the Lung and/or DIPNECH
We are delighted to announce that for this meeting, re-scheduled to Tuesday June 13th, starting at 6pm, we will have a guest speaker: Dr Nicolas Eftychiou, Consultant in Nuclear Medicine, at Guy’s and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust.
You can pre-submit any questions you may have here, but there will also be a chance to ask questions at the meeting. Please Note: our speaker cannot comment on individual cases / treatment plans.

DIPNECH is a neuroendocrine related lung condition but not a cancer itself – however, if you have DIPNECH, you may be at increased risk of developing either Typical (TC) or Atypical Carcinoid (AC).
Neuroendocrine Cancer of the Lung includes :
Typical Carcinoid (TC) low grade neuroendocrine tumour (NET)
Atypical Carcinoid (AC) mid-grade neuroendocrine tumour (NET)
Small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC)
Large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC)
MiNEN or mixed cell carcinoma (MiNEN) – where the tumour has both Neuroendocrine and Non-neuroendocrine cancer cells.
