The NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) is supporting Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSEFT) in its work to improve how people hear about hospital appointments and ongoing treatment.
NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) is responsible for deciding how the NHS budget for mid and south Essex is spent. It is also responsible for developing a plan to improve people’s health, deliver higher quality care and better value for money.
They would like to hear from community members about their experiences of receiving outpatient appointment letters. To make it as simple as possible for people to share those experiences, they have set up an online survey open to all Mid and South Essex residents (Basildon & Brentwood, Mid Essex, Southeast Essex and Thurrock areas).
All responses will be anonymised when the final results are presented. Survey respondents need share their contact details only if they want to join focus groups to continue the improvement work.
All personal information will be handled in line with UK data law and our Fair Processing Notice.
